Alex is always ready to answer all of your questions. There is no stupid web question, and we'll find out the answer if we don't already know. However, if you have a basic question about the process, see if it's below.
What exactly are a "website" and a "webpage"? Why do I need one?

A website is simply a collection of documents (or pages) linked together on the internet. It may be helpful for you or your business to have a website to present a professional image to a wide audience, promote products and services with photos and resources, offer products online, or offer contact and bio info online.
What is web hosting? Where can I get it?

Once your site is finished, you'll need a web host, or a company that you can pay a small fee annually to put and keep your site on the internet. If you don't already have a website address (domain) and host, we'll work with you to set one up.
How and when do I pay you?

After your design is finished, we'll send you an invoice and resource packet. You can pay your one-time design fee with cash or a check. You can even arrange to space out your payments over a few months if necessary. After that, we can continue to update your website for a low fee.
When will my website be finished?

Your completion date depends upon the complexity of your site and your deadline. We'll always keep you up to date on your project's status, and you can view the most recent estimated launch date (along with the site status) on your personalized online client area.
How are your websites of a higher quality than others?

Alex hand writes the code behind ACL Studio sites using modern XHTML and CSS (web languages) to build table-less sites that load quickly and have clean code. This cleaner and simpler code ensures that your website will load more quickly, be more easily updatable, display more correctly across different computers, and be more search engine friendly than those of our competitors.
Like to see what we're talking about? Just right-click on this page and click "view source". Then, go to one of our competitors' sites and do the same. Notice how clean and simple our table-less code is in comparison to their complicated hierarchy of tables and cells.
